Leadership Opportunity in Nordics

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our commercial efforts in the Nordic region. As a key member of our team, you will drive business growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve business objectives.
  • E-commerce Growth: Drive the expansion of our e-commerce business in Sweden, leveraging whitespace opportunities to capture new customers and markets.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and enhance business performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or a related field, preferably within FMCG or retail.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages being an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
