We are innovating at the forefront of diagnostics by creating technologies that combine software, robotics, data science, medical consultations, lab testing, and customer-facing operations. We're seeking a Business Expansion Officer to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of substance abuse testing solutions.

You will report to the Head of Sales and be part of the Commercial Team responsible for bringing the ABC Labs product to the market. As a Business Expansion Officer, you will focus on driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and continuously improving the sales process.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proven success selling to HR buyers or within the HR tech space
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle for large/enterprise customers
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual quota of SEK 10 mn
