
Business Expansion Specialist

Job Overview:
The Digital Payment Strategist will play a critical role in driving the growth and development of digital payment solutions in the Nordics region. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital payment landscape, as well as excellent business development and strategy skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Payment Strategy: Develop and implement digital payment strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Nordics region. Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet merchant needs.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholders to promote UnionPay cards and digital payment solutions. Conduct merchant visits, perform test transactions, and manage UnionPay signage posting to ensure smooth card acceptance.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital payment landscape. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase card usage and transaction volumes in the region.
- Strategy Execution: Ensure the successful execution of digital payment strategies and plans. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline.
- 1-3 years' experience in business development, preferably in the payment industry or financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; proactive, self-driven, and highly motivated to achieve results.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in any Nordic language is desirable.
