The Area Business Growth Manager position at Klintberg & Way AB is designed for driven professionals looking to make a significant impact on the company's growth in the Benelux region.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to expand our business footprint in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, such as car dealerships and workshops.
  • Collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to ensure our commercial offering meets local market demands.

A successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive aftersales/aftermarket or car parts industry. You should be familiar with the Benelux automotive markets and business culture, possess a strong business mindset, and be able to thrive in an international environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development.
  • Knowledge of the Benelux automotive markets and business culture.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
