Klintberg & Way AB invites applications for the Business Expansion Specialist Benelux position, which presents an exceptional opportunity for experienced business development professionals to join our team and drive growth in the Benelux region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to expand our business footprint in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, such as car dealerships and workshops.
  • Collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to ensure our commercial offering meets local market demands.

Successful candidates will have at least 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive aftersales/aftermarket or car parts industry. You should be familiar with the Benelux automotive markets and business culture, possess a strong business mindset, and be able to thrive in an international environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development.
  • Knowledge of the Benelux automotive markets and business culture.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
