The Sales Territory Development Agent role at Klintberg & Way AB offers an exciting opportunity for experienced business development professionals to join our team and contribute to expanding our business in the Benelux region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, mainly car dealerships and workshops in the region.
  • Creating and executing strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with at least 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive aftersales/aftermarket or car parts industry. You should be familiar with the Benelux automotive markets and business culture, possess a strong business mindset, and be able to thrive in an international environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development.
  • Knowledge of the Benelux automotive markets and business culture.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
