About the Role
The Beauty Industry Expansion Director will drive CAIA Cosmetics' expansion and growth across the DACH region. This senior leadership position requires developing and executing CAIA's marketing and commercial strategy for the German market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
This role requires an in-depth understanding of the German beauty market with a strong network across the DACH region. Demonstrated expertise in driving marketing initiatives including PR, content, influencer collaborations, and performance marketing is essential.
