About the Role

The Senior Market Development Manager will oversee digital marketing, e-commerce performance, and customer engagement to strengthen our online presence and optimize the customer journey. This strategic leadership role requires developing and executing CAIA's marketing and commercial strategy for the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive brand awareness and online growth through PR, influencer collaborations, and localized marketing activations.
  • Identify and lead potential retail partnerships and market rollouts.

This position requires an in-depth knowledge of the German beauty market with a strong network across the DACH region. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated expertise in driving marketing initiatives including PR, content, influencer collaborations, and performance marketing.

Beyond these key responsibilities, the Senior Market Development Manager will be responsible for managing local teams and partnerships to ensure sustained market success.
