Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Account Manager (German-Speaking) and contribute to our success in the cloud industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers via phone, email, or online chat to resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and troubleshoot problems
  • Provide expert advice on M365 technology, Active Directory, API, and networking-related issues
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • A native level of German and good English language skills
  • Basic knowledge of M365 technology, Active Directory, API, and networking fundamentals
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
