At Qred AB, we're committed to revolutionizing financing for small businesses across northern Europe. As a part of our mission, we're seeking a Dutch-speaking customer service professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our Dutch customers through various contact channels, including phone, chat, and email.
Responsibilities
- Support Dutch customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Resolve customer errands, taking ownership of the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements in service delivery.
Requirements
Candidates for this role should have experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email. Basic knowledge of financial products is also necessary. Proven capabilities in achieving high customer satisfaction are essential, along with strong ownership and detail orientation. Additionally, fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) and proficiency in English (as our primary business language) are required. Experience from previous fintech and/or fast-growing companies is beneficial.
