We are seeking a skilled Customer Advocacy Professional to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining customer trust, and identifying areas for operational improvements.

You will be the voice of Klarna, handling technical and financial queries with precision and care, and delivering seamless experiences across phone, chat, and email. You will also identify trends and provide proactive feedback to improve our products and operations.

You will work closely with Klarna's success teams to enhance customer experience and drive strategic improvements. This is an excellent opportunity to shape how we build trust, solve problems, and elevate Klarna's service.
