
Dutch Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Our innovative solutions aim to simplify access to financing and enable growth for entrepreneurs. As we scale, we are now seeking a Dutch-speaking customer service professional to support our customers via various contact channels.
About the Role
The primary responsibility of this role involves supporting Dutch customers through inbound contact channels such as phone, chat, and email. The selected candidate will resolve customer errands, ranging from technical support to loan application inquiries. They will take full ownership of the customer onboarding process and sales funnel, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through outstanding service delivery.
This role requires collaboration with colleagues within the Customer Service/Sales team and other stakeholders to drive errand resolution. The successful candidate will have an impact on new routines and ways of working both internally and towards our customers. This position reports directly to one of the two Team Leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer errands via phone, chat, and email.
- Take full ownership of errand resolution and customer-facing contact.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements in service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must possess experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email. Basic knowledge of financial products is also necessary. Proven capabilities in achieving high customer satisfaction are essential, along with strong ownership and detail orientation. Additionally, fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) and proficiency in English (as our primary business language) are required. Experience from previous fintech and/or fast-growing companies is beneficial.
