About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Success Representative, supporting our Dutch-speaking customers through all inbound contact channels. You will play a key role in resolving customer inquiries, taking ownership of the onboarding process, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our Dutch customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements and achieve high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products.
  • Proven capabilities in achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong sense of ownership and detail orientation.
  • Curiosity and a desire to constantly improve.
  • Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in English as our primary business language.

This role reports directly to one of our Team Leads and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
