
Dutch Customer Support Specialist

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Success Representative, supporting our Dutch-speaking customers through all inbound contact channels. You will play a key role in resolving customer inquiries, taking ownership of the onboarding process, and driving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our Dutch customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements and achieve high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email.
- Basic knowledge of financial products.
- Proven capabilities in achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Strong sense of ownership and detail orientation.
- Curiosity and a desire to constantly improve.
- Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in English as our primary business language.
This role reports directly to one of our Team Leads and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
