Our digital software streamlines corporate payments, eliminating manual administrative tasks for businesses. With rapid growth in the Swedish and Finnish markets, we are expanding our presence both in Sweden and internationally.
We foster a collaborative culture, empowering our team to innovate and create cutting-edge solutions. In 2021, we secured a crucial financial license as an e-money institution, card issuer, and payment processor from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
In 2022, we formed a strategic partnership with Fortnox, integrating our corporate cards within their platform. Furthermore, we established a card-issuing partnership with Accountor Group in Finland in 2023. Multiple collaborations are underway.
You will play a vital role in our success story, contributing to the creation of an exceptional product and company. As a member of our team, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing customer value. With approximately 70 employees (and growing rapidly), we aim to expand our team to support our growth.
About the PositionWe are seeking a skilled Norwegian-speaking Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in expanding Luminar Ventures AB and collaborating with our Norwegian market expansion.
Our core objective is to deliver unparalleled customer satisfaction, and we require a talented individual who excels in building relationships. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues and engage directly with customers. Our company is constantly evolving, providing boundless opportunities for growth and development.
Excellent communication skills are paramount, accompanied by the ability to handle sensitive matters and tailor solutions accordingly. Your primary tools will be the phone and chat, requiring comfort in effective customer engagement.
This position will be based in our Stockholm office.
Main Job Duties- Support customer onboarding and provide assistance
- Develop strong connections with our partners
- Serve as secondary support for our partners
- Collaborate to enhance customer satisfaction through process improvements
- Establish your own workflow and assist in developing our processes
- Aid customers in utilizing Luminar Ventures AB to its full potential, including integrations, best practices, and training opportunities
- Assist in welcoming new colleagues
