We're now seeking an enthusiastic and proactive IT Service Desk Specialist to join our impact-driven team in Stockholm. This role involves on-site work, providing reliable IT support and managing infrastructure while focusing on minimizing disruptions and delivering exceptional service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional technical support to colleagues via various channels, including phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
  • Document, track, and prioritize support requests using the ticketing system, ensuring seamless incident management.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve IT processes and user experience.
  • Develop training programs to enhance colleagues' IT knowledge, security awareness, and system proficiency.
  • Prioritize continuous improvement of the IT Service Desk and other functions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrated experience in IT support or service desk roles, showcasing problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and network technologies, with a focus on MacOS and device management.
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration and basic IT security principles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and maintaining attention to detail.
