
Customer Support Specialist för Båtliv

Vi söker en Customer Success Specialist som vill vara med på vår resa att bygga framtidens bästa support för allt som rör båt och båtliv. I denna roll ingår att:
• Lösa tekniska frågor och guida våra kunder via chatt, mail och telefon.
• Hjälpa kunder att förstå och använda våra digitala verktyg på bästa sätt.
• Träna och förbättra vår AI så att den blir ännu smartare och mer hjälpsam.
• Designa och bygga automatiserade flöden som gör det enkelt för kunderna att få hjälp – även ute på sjön.
• Ta fullt ägarskap över kundärenden och se till att de löses snabbt och effektivt.
• Skapa innehåll och optimera vår supportportal för självhjälp.
• Vid behov analysera ärenden för att identifiera buggar, felsöka i olika system och rapportera strukturerat till vårt utvecklingsteam.

- Att ha en stark serviceinriktning och ett naturligt kundfokus.
- Att kunna kommunicera obehindrat på svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift.
- Att ha erfarenhet av kundservice (meriterande).
- Att ha ett genuint intresse för båtliv, gärna med egen erfarenhet av båtlivet i Norden.
- Att trivas i en dynamisk miljö och vara snabb på att lära dig nya saker.
