About the Role

The Technical Support Specialist will be part of our IT Support team, providing end-user assistance for applications and systems. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Triage, resolve or escalate Incidents/Critical Incidents in a timely manner.
  2. Guide on-site teams with Incident/Request ticket-type prioritisation.
  3. Provide autonomous end-user support for applications and systems like Microsoft Office 365, Slack, Adobe CC Suite, VPN, and video conferencing systems.

Other responsibilities include account life cycle management, skills with IT support tools, proactive documentation creation, and mentoring customers.
