At Brilliant Computers Citadel and Information Technology, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Sweden.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of enterprise LAN and WAN setups. They should be able to perform smart hand activities under instruction-based activities at sites and from the Remote Team.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN concepts.
- Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Expertise in desk side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows O/S and MAC OS.
- Usage knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skills.
- Resolving issues related to end-user network cabling.
- Providing expert-level support for peripheral and networking hardware.
- Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
