Din roll

I rollen som Onboarding & Technical Support kommer du att arbeta nära Betalkontrolls kunder från start och ansvara för de tekniska delarna av onboardingprocessen. Du hjälper till med integrationer, systemkonfiguration och utbildning för att säkerställa en optimal uppstart.

Du blir en viktig kontaktperson för Betalkontrolls kunder även efter implementeringen, där du hanterar tekniska frågor och ger förstklassig support. Dessutom kommer du att få möjligheten att påverka utvecklingen av produkten genom samarbete med utvecklingsteamet.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

- Hantera tekniska delar av onboardingprocessen.
- Ge kundsupport i toppklass via telefon, e-post, chatt och videomöten.
- Samverka med och stödja Betalkontrolls utvecklingsteam i förbättringsarbetet.

Din profil

Vi söker dig med ett genuint teknikintresse som trivs med att kombinera problemlösning och kundkontakt. Du är analytisk, lösningsorienterad och arbetar strukturerat.

Som person är du ansvarstagande, serviceinriktad och strävar efter att ge kunder en förstklassig upplevelse. Du har en pedagogisk förmåga att guida användare och är duktig på kommunikation och att hantera kunddialoger på ett professionellt sätt.

Krav

- Erfarenhet av att konfigurera servrar och tjänster.
- Erfarenhet inom IT-support och/eller IT-drift.
- Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Meriterande

- Erfarenhet av JSON, XML och strukturerad data.
- Erfarenhet av systemintegrationer via fil och/eller API.
- Kunskap om SFTP och filkommunikation.
- Kunskaper inom databashantering.
