Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Care Engineer to join our team at Smartoptics.

In this role, you will help customers with their technical issues, ensure they have a smooth experience using our products, and play a key role in providing top-notch support while keeping business needs in mind.

You will handle a wide range of technical issues, from transceivers and traffic interfaces to optical line systems, including transponders and muxponders.

  • Experience working in technical support, assisting customers via web, phone, and in-person.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and follow up to ensure nothing is overlooked.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to be on-call as per a set schedule.
  • Ability to create documentation, including procedures, service bulletins, and manuals.
