Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional technical support to employees in Sweden and other Nordic countries.

The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a virtual team.

You will be responsible for supporting employees with a wide range of IT-related matters, including but not limited to, software applications, hardware issues, and network connectivity.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

In addition to providing technical support, you will also be required to maintain accurate records, perform routine maintenance tasks, and adhere to established procedures.

The contract is initially till 2025-09-08, but there could be a possibility for extension. You will be based in Stockholm and be required to travel on occasion.

About the Role
  • Provide technical support to employees in Sweden and other Nordic countries.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a virtual team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ongoing support for local systems, services, and administrative activities.
  • CMDB maintenance.
  • Installations and settings of laptops.
  • Maintenance of all devices connected to the WL network.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a virtual team.
  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • OS management in a mixed environment (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android).
  • Desktop imaging and deployment practices.
  • Experience with purchasing, inventory, and asset management.
  • Setup and support printer systems (MFPs) in a corporate environment.
