Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled First Line Customer Support Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction.

You will work closely with internal departments and communicate with people at all levels of the organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with workforce management software and be fluent in both German and English. If you have a service-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support to all international Quinyx customers via phone and email.
  • Escalate issues to RnD and Second Line when necessary.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal departments and communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
