Your Role

We're looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for colleagues seeking technical assistance. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our work.

  • Provide technical support to colleagues across the organization via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Document, track, and prioritize support requests using the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve IT processes and user experience.
