We're a rapidly growing fintech company focused on simplifying access to financing for small businesses across 7 markets in northern Europe. Our mission is to transform the financial landscape for entrepreneurs by providing innovative solutions that cater to their unique needs. As a result, we're now seeking a Dutch-speaking customer success associate to join our journey.
Role Summary
This role involves supporting our Dutch customers through various contact channels, including phone, chat, and email. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer errands, taking full ownership of the onboarding process, and driving customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. This position requires collaboration with colleagues within the Customer Service/Sales team and other stakeholders to drive improvements in service delivery.

Requirements
Candidates for this role should have experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email. Basic knowledge of financial products is also necessary. Proven capabilities in achieving high customer satisfaction are essential, along with strong ownership and detail orientation. Additionally, fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) and proficiency in English (as our primary business language) are required. Experience from previous fintech and/or fast-growing companies is beneficial.
