We're looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Representative to join our team in Stockholm. As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our Dutch-speaking customers.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer errands via phone, chat, and email, taking full ownership of the resolution and customer-facing contact. You will collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements and achieve high customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email.
- Basic knowledge of financial products.
- Proven capabilities in achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Strong sense of ownership and detail orientation.
- Curiosity and a desire to constantly improve.
- Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in English as our primary business language.
