We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service expert to join our team as a Front Office Manager at our new hotel in Stockholm. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless guest interactions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Swedish and English; additional language skills are beneficial
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
