Job Description:
This role involves managing customer interactions, providing expert advice, and ensuring every interaction is a five-star experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high standards.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and company policies.
  • Processing orders and payments securely, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supporting the team in achieving KPIs and contributing to a positive working environment.

Key Requirements:
  • A passion for the outdoors and knowledge of our target audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex information clearly.
  • Numerate, literate, and capable of conducting effective research and analysis.
  • Strong ICT proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office, Zen Desk, and POS software.
