What We're Looking For?
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success.
- Proven B2B and SaaS experience—bonus if it's in CRM
- Strong ability and motivation to retain and expand customer portfolios (a few hundred accounts).
- A customer-oriented doer who loves customer interaction and delivering value.
- A team player who likes responsibility in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about the scaleup journey.
Your Role on Our Team?
- Own and manage a portfolio of B2B customers, building strong relationships and success.
- Retain, upsell, and grow accounts by challenging our customers to adopt new features.
- Deliver customer tailored demos (both online and in person).
- Own and be responsible for an order intake budget.
- Be a voice of the customer internally—collaborating with product and sales teams.

Lime Go is a Data Enriched Sales CRM for SMBs in the Nordics. With 1000 customers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, we're aiming to expand throughout Europe to become the Category King within our niche.

Requirements?
- Bachelor's degree + Driver's license
- SaaS/Startup/Scaleup experience
- Ready to work from our Stockholm office
- Fluent in Swedish and English
Reporting & Growth
You'll report directly to our Sales Manager, with regular 1:1s and be part of the Revenue Operations team (Sales, CS, Marketing & Product).
