About the Role:
  1. We work closely with big brands in the hospitality business to understand and address their unique challenges and pain points.
  2. A genuine interest and experience from hospitality and SaaS sales are necessary to succeed in this role.
  3. You'll be responsible for customer engagement, lead qualification, conducting product demos, managing communications, and building lasting relationships.
  4. You'll analyze customers through our sales process, leading to concrete pain points that are visualized during product demos to find the best option for clients before negotiations and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Building and managing a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales quota.
  2. Executing the go-to-market strategy for dedicated regions and products, focusing on Opera Cloud and Mews.
  3. Managing simultaneous conversations with multiple stakeholders, understanding and building trust.
  4. Closing business with new/existing customers, collaborating with teams to evolve sales strategy, and using key metrics for optimization.
  5. Attending industry events for lead generation, sales promotion network, and industry knowledge.
  6. Analyzing and optimizing performance using key metrics from a well-managed CRM (Hubspot).
About You:
  1. You're curious by nature and address challenges openly and thoughtfully, understanding the impact of your work on the wider team.
  2. You have an excellent track record in sales, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  3. You're an excellent & professional communicator, adept at engaging with high-level external stakeholders through presentations, verbal, and written platforms.
  4. You have a technical mindset, able to understand and interpret our tech quickly and explain it fluently to our target customers.
  5. You understand, enjoy, and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up environment.
Requirements:
  1. Experience working in a B2B SaaS start-up environment.
  2. Experience selling technology to the hotel industry.
  3. PASSION FOR HELPING BUSINESSES GROW AND ABOUT THE HOSPITALITY TECH INDUSTRY
  4. The more languages you master, the better.
