About Our Team:We are a passionate and driven group of professionals dedicated to helping hospitality businesses thrive. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our mission by developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive the introduction of our platform to hospitality businesses in your territory, highlighting its unique value proposition.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospect to close, ensuring seamless communication with customers and meeting their needs.
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic outbound sales efforts, leveraging your knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their challenges and adapting your approach to meet their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with our Product and Marketing teams to create solutions that address the needs of the market.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity, informing our strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
- Optimize sales performance using Hubspot (our CRM), ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of success.
- Prior experience in cold-calling local businesses, with demonstrated results and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations or a genuine passion for the industry, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in Danish and comfort with English as our primary business language.
- Residence in/near Copenhagen or Århus with flexibility to travel for customer meetings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse international team.
