Technical Sales and Development Manager

Talent & Partner AB is collaborating with Dewesoft to find a talented Sales Engineer who can drive business growth and expand the Swedish market.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively manage and develop our customers in the Swedish market.
As a Sales Engineer, you will have a key role in growing our business and expanding our customer base in Sweden.
You will be responsible for holding product presentations, hosting/attending web-based seminars, and participating in trade shows.
You will also identify and develop customer base and project opportunities, register and follow-up sales leads, projects, and customer visits, prepare quotations, and work with CRM.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and relevant industry experience.
In addition, you should have good IT knowledge, a positive attitude, and a willingness to travel for customer visits approximately 40-50% of the time.
This is a permanent full-time employment opportunity with flexible stationing locations around Stockholm. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales excellence and revenue growth
- Relevant industry experience

- Good IT knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM)
- Positive attitude with a 'yes, we can' attitude
- Willingness and ability to travel for customer visits approximately 40-50% of the time
