Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by effectively managing direct sales and relationships with channel partners within the water, wastewater, HVAC, and industrial markets.
  • Provide technical support to ensure seamless operations and provide occasional commissioning services for Flow Measurement equipment.
  • Develop strategic sales plans, foster strong relationships with existing and new customers, and proactively address customer needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead sales efforts within a defined territory, manage key accounts, track sales performance, and stay informed about industry trends.

Requirements:

  • We seek a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and account management, preferably in the municipal water, flow instrumentation, or water quality instrumentation sectors.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, etc.) and have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Candidates must be fluent in English and willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is essential.
  • We value individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • You should be comfortable engaging with clients, distributors, and internal teams to drive results and contribute to the company's success.
  • Experience with project management and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets will be key to success in this role.
