Senior Sales Manager for Water and Industrial Markets

Company OverviewAt Primaire Consulting Ltd, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services in the field of water and industrial instrumentation. Our team is comprised of experts who share a common goal of delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth by effectively managing direct sales and relationships with channel partners within the water, wastewater, HVAC, and industrial markets.
- Provide technical support to ensure seamless operations and provide occasional commissioning services for Flow Measurement equipment.
- Develop strategic sales plans, foster strong relationships with existing and new customers, and proactively address customer needs.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead sales efforts within a defined territory, manage key accounts, track sales performance, and stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements:
- We seek a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and account management, preferably in the municipal water, flow instrumentation, or water quality instrumentation sectors.
- The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, etc.) and have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Candidates must be fluent in English and willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is essential.
- We value individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
- You should be comfortable engaging with clients, distributors, and internal teams to drive results and contribute to the company's success.
- Experience with project management and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets will be key to success in this role.
This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share within the specified territories.
