Executive Role:
TN Sweden is seeking an experienced executive to lead our sales efforts in the HVAC & Water market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic plans to achieve success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence
- Lead sales efforts in the HVAC & Water market, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their applications and needs for Sensing products
- Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to cash generation
Requirements:
- Detailed experience of B2B, OEM manufacturing experience in sales or other sales support function
- Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in engineering, business, marketing, economics or finance
- Creative thinker and action oriented
- Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts in the business
- Professional, tenacious, and strong convincing communication skills
