Executive Role:

TN Sweden is seeking an experienced executive to lead our sales efforts in the HVAC & Water market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic plans to achieve success.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence
  2. Lead sales efforts in the HVAC & Water market, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  3. Collaborate with customers to understand their applications and needs for Sensing products
  4. Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to cash generation

Requirements:

  • Detailed experience of B2B, OEM manufacturing experience in sales or other sales support function
  • Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in engineering, business, marketing, economics or finance
  • Creative thinker and action oriented
  • Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts in the business
  • Professional, tenacious, and strong convincing communication skills
