HVAC & Water Market Expansion Executive:

TN Sweden is looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Driver to expand our presence in the HVAC & Water market. As a key member of our sales department, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and manage the sales cycle to drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in regional and global key accounts
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with other Danfoss sales teams
  3. Work closely with customers to understand their applications and needs for Sensing products
  4. Develop strategic plans for key OEMs with changing conditions and objectives

Requirements:

  • Detailed experience of B2B, OEM manufacturing experience in sales or other sales support function
  • Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in engineering, business, marketing, economics or finance
  • Creative thinker and action oriented
  • Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts in the business
  • Professional, tenacious, and strong convincing communication skills
