As a Value-Based Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales activities in Sweden within the Industrial Technique Business Area. You will play a critical role in driving transformation by developing strong relationships with key accounts and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency in service sales and operations.
- Collaborate with sales teams in product divisions to ensure alignment of strategies.
- Technical degree or other relevant academic degree.
- Driving License mandatory.
- Sales experience or experience within the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
