We are looking for a highly motivated Renewal and Retention Specialist to join us on a temporary basis as a maternity cover. This is a one-year contract with the possibility for extension.

In this role, you will play a key part in renewing contracts with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. By leveraging our SaaS solutions, you'll demonstrate value and drive customer retention.

About the Role:
  • You will prepare renewal letters and quotations.
  • You will contact clients directly to negotiate terms and conditions and finalize renewal contracts.
  • You will utilize the company's SaaS solutions to demonstrate value and enhance customer retention.
  • You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive renewal process.
What You Will Need:
  1. Previous experience in renewals, sales, or account management, preferably within a SaaS company, is highly desired but not mandatory.
  2. Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus, but not a requirement.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
  4. Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and maintain accurate data.
