SaaS Renewal and Growth Manager

We are seeking a talented SaaS Renewal and Growth Manager to join our team on a temporary basis as a maternity cover. This is a one-year contract with the possibility for extension.
In this role, you will play a key part in renewing contracts with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. By leveraging our SaaS solutions, you'll demonstrate value and drive customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare renewal letters and quotations.
- Contact clients directly to negotiate terms and conditions and finalize renewal contracts.
- Utilize the company's SaaS solutions to demonstrate value and enhance customer retention.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive renewal process.
- Previous experience in renewals, sales, or account management, preferably within a SaaS company, is highly desired but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and maintain accurate data.
