We are seeking a talented SaaS Renewal and Growth Manager to join our team on a temporary basis as a maternity cover. This is a one-year contract with the possibility for extension.

In this role, you will play a key part in renewing contracts with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. By leveraging our SaaS solutions, you'll demonstrate value and drive customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare renewal letters and quotations.
  2. Contact clients directly to negotiate terms and conditions and finalize renewal contracts.
  3. Utilize the company's SaaS solutions to demonstrate value and enhance customer retention.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive renewal process.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in renewals, sales, or account management, preferably within a SaaS company, is highly desired but not mandatory.
  2. Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus, but not a requirement.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
  4. Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and maintain accurate data.
