**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement business value assessment programs to support product onboarding, adoption, retention, and satisfaction goals.
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers, coordinating support efforts and solution delivery.
  • Maintain a customer technical account portfolio, providing technical guidance and recommendations.
  • Align AvePoint's product line with customer business needs, determining individualized customer success plans.
  • Work closely with account managers to understand sales strategies and drive customer success through product adoption and satisfaction.
