Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Experience Specialist to join our fast-growing e-commerce company, Icaniwill Ab. In this role, you will work closely with our Customer Service Manager and play a key part in optimizing the experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. KPI Management: Keep our KPI reports accurate and up-to-date to ensure we meet our performance targets.
  2. Team Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating team tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Staffing Schedules: Help create staffing schedules to meet seasonal and market demands.
  4. Customer Support: Support the team in customer cases and take over operational tasks when needed.
  5. Feedback Loops: Assist in building feedback loops from customers to relevant departments.
  6. Improvement Projects: Actively participate in improvement projects to enhance the customer experience.
  7. FAQ Maintenance: Update and maintain the FAQ section on our website.
  8. Communication: Ensure internal and external communication is effective.
