Tech Lead for Seamless Customer Experience

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical work of the Customer Journey team. This involves guiding team members in making sound technical decisions, ensuring that they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
With a strong background in full-stack development, you will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will work closely with the CTO, product owner, and creative team to ensure that the customer journey is seamless and enjoyable.
The Customer Journey team is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding the team, helping them to grow and develop their skills.
Experience coding in Svelte, Svelte Kit, and TypeScript is essential. Familiarity with optimization techniques, building high-ranking web pages on Google PageSpeed, and delivering content optimized for search engines and visitors is also crucial.
Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and creativity are highly valued in this role. If you're a self-motivated individual who enjoys tackling complex challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
