Digital Customer Experience Manager

As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Lifecycle Marketing team's strategy, aligning marketing automation initiatives with sales, product, and marketing teams to create seamless customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute marketing automation strategies aimed at nurturing high-value accounts, driving usage, adoption, and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create automated communication programs aligned with enterprise strategy, guiding enterprise accounts through the customer journey.
- Develop personalized campaigns and communication programs focusing on email, in-app messaging, and other channels to engage and convert enterprise accounts.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent, personalized communication strategies across the user and customer journey.
- Lead activation leveraging user behavior data to identify high-value touchpoints and create tailored engagement communications to drive customer journey conversions.
- Optimize and experiment using A/B testing and data analysis to refine workflows, improve engagement, and increase conversions within enterprise accounts.
This role reports to our Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
