As a Digital Marketing Manager at Nordea, you'll collaborate closely with the Digital Journey Lead to capture customer and business needs, and translate those into impactful digital marketing and sales solutions.

Our Data, Digital Sales & Engagement team is all about creating relevant, optimized, and effective experiences for our customers. We work in an agile environment, where we analyze, plan, test, execute, and grow together. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning new things, brings their ideas to the table, and is passionate about empowering others.

Responsibilities include leading the communication and creative ideation and asset production process, identifying and leading new strategic growth initiatives, and being the marketing performance analytical wizard, tracking and performance of what is launched.

We imagine you have:

  • 3+ years of experience from a similar digital marketing position, preferably from a bank with experience within savings and investment area.
  • Experience in email marketing, paid media activities, content creation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with digital customer journeys, CX, and UX.
  • Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
