Nordea is seeking a Omnichannel Customer Journey Manager to join its team in Personal Banking's Data, Digital Sales and Engagement (DDSE) Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling Digital Sales to use the power of data and analytics to create the omnichannel experience, providing insights and recommendations, and driving intelligent automation by applying model-based solutions.

You will work closely with other SMEs, involve stakeholders, and always ask questions and investigate alternative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in a highly quantitative discipline, such as Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance, with a deep understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning models.

Additionally, you should have 3-5 years of experience in data analytics/data science and be comfortable using one or more data science programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL. You will also be expected to participate actively in the work of digital customer journey teams, training and coaching the team to utilize data & analytics.
