Senior Business Development Manager

At Gartner, we're on a mission to guide the leaders who shape the world. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in delivering actionable insights to CEOs, CMOs, and Chief Product Officers within High-Tech and Telco Providers.
With a focus on account retention and growth, you'll work closely with clients to identify opportunities for contract expansion, introducing new services and products that drive their go-to-market and growth strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve quota of approximately $1M in contract value across 5-10 large enterprise accounts.
- Build trust-based relationships with C-level executives and their teams, primarily the CEO and CMO/CPO office.
- Demonstrate Gartner's value by driving account retention and growth through impactful priorities.
- Pursue new business opportunities through networking, events, and proactive prospecting.
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a tech/IT environment, with at least 2 years of direct sales experience within a vendor, service provider, or consulting company.
- A track record of consistent achievement on goals and targets, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Fluency in English and Swedish is required, with experience using Challenger Sales or a similar sales method being a plus.
- Uncapped earnings and achievable quotas, with a proven track record of rewarding top performers.
