The Strategic Sales function plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. As a Senior Account Manager Financial Services, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving sales growth.
Your primary focus will be on building trust with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth. You will also be expected to collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, as well as maintain accurate records and reports to inform future sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform future sales efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years prior experience in field sales, senior sales enterprise level SaaS, consulting or services sales role.
- Industry experience from Bank & Payments sector is preferred.
- Proven success in closing sales, winning clients, managing client relationships with portfolio of accounts and attaining or exceeding annual quota(s).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Able and willing to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets.
