Job Description:We are seeking a skilled International Client Director to drive global business development and strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic account leadership on designated global major accounts to achieve profitable growth for Ricoh and our customers.
Your primary focus will be on winning, growing, and maintaining total business globally to achieve both customer and Ricoh Family Group objectives. You will be accountable for the operational aspects and contractual commitments towards the customer, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and negating customer escalation.
Additionally, you will motivate and inspire a global team, including RGS, Region, and Operating Company sales, technical, and service delivery in line with our Global Team Selling approach. Your expertise in global business transactions, including knowledge around legal, regulatory, commercial, and operational considerations, is essential in this role.
You will also develop and implement a global account plan, situational analysis of the customer's business, and opportunity bridges to Ricoh strategy and offerings. Your ability to grow wallet share in strategic new business areas for Ricoh, with a particular focus on priority services through co-creation and strategic roadmap activities, is crucial.
As an International Client Director, you will have a proven track record and/or experience in Strategic Acct Selling to Fortune Global 500 companies, as well as comfort operating in highly complex and rapidly changing environments. Experience working in cross-functional teams with leaders of other business units and vendors is also required.
