Client Relationship Manager

This role is the primary point of responsibility and accountability for all service obligations to ensure we realize value for D&B's largest clients. The location for this role is in Stockholm, Sweden.
- Accountable for assigned client's overall success with D&B: driving adoption and value realization activities, growth of D&B footprint, client satisfaction, and supporting renewals.
- Work closely with D&B sales/customer success leaders to categorize client engagement opportunities based on risk, spend, and growth opportunity and coordinate post-sales teams to deliver all services covered by the contractual agreement.
