
Business Development Representative

At Azul, we're looking for a talented Business Development Representative to play a key role in our sales and marketing organization. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying and generating leads, prospecting for new clients, and developing and executing sales campaigns at named accounts in Europe, primarily in the Nordics as well as the Benelux region.
You will leverage tools such as LinkedIn to network with prospects and educate our market on Azul. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (Opportunity creation and progression).
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about outbound sales, cold calling, and prospecting. You will need to have excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills. Additionally, you should be able to engage in discussions at all levels within businesses from Enterprise to mid-market across all sectors.
In this role, you will gain/deepen business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, pain points, and challenges they face every day. You will understand prospect pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business value to customer needs.
