About the Job
This role requires a hands-on and experienced Sales Manager who can lead and develop a team of sales representatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of three sales representatives.
- Developing and executing sales plans and strategies.
- Coaching and training the sales team to meet sales targets.
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance and KPIs.
- Identifying and pursuing high-potential target customers.
