About the Job

This role requires a hands-on and experienced Sales Manager who can lead and develop a team of sales representatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of three sales representatives.
  • Developing and executing sales plans and strategies.
  • Coaching and training the sales team to meet sales targets.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales performance and KPIs.
  • Identifying and pursuing high-potential target customers.
