Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with existing restaurant partners to improve venue performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between operations and restaurant partners, ensuring seamless communication and successful partnerships.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and implement strategies to improve key metrics such as growth, ad spend, and service score.
  • Implement an effective tiering strategy to maximize the impact of account management activities across the restaurant portfolio.
  • Conduct regular quality and satisfaction checks to ensure service standards are met.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales or service-oriented role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
  • Strong commercial sense with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using BI systems and Excel to inform decision-making.
